Welcome to new blog -my other passion is gardening. Just thought I post some tidbits of the other creative space I call home. Enjoy! http://thelittlegardenshed-paintedpaper.blogspot.com/
So excited about your crazy quilt idea! Do you mind if I try it with my older students? I won't bring home my quilt just yet.
Also, can I show your crazy quilt pics to show a different idea and link you blog? Or would you like to make a guest post about them? Let me know what you think. GREAT IDEA!
Hey do whatever you want! I have the students break the paper into 15 sections, paint the background colors then add more patterns. This year one student did a fringe around all the shapes. It was so fun! Glad we can share ideas and photos! :)
Your painted crazy quilts are really a hit! I am starting to see them make their way around the blog circuit. Awesome idea. I think it is going to become a classic.
Hi Laura, It is Jessica Johnston, we met at convention, you did your himalayan presentation at the same time as my art around the world. You inspired me to start a blog. I hope you will become a fan. I am just getting started, but hope it can be an inspiration to others some day. smartypantsjohnston.blogspot.com
Hi Laura,I have just created a new blog based on my old one which I could no longer update due to the fact that my gmail account was compromised. It still called OZKIDZARTZ but has a new URL- http://ozkidzartz.blogspot.com . I have a link to my old blog and will eventually copy across all the old lesson materials. I have a busy start to the new year travelling to Japan in 3 weeks time- then it will be back into teaching - art of Japan!!! Please add my new site to you favourites - Cheers Cheryl H
