Mexican Guitars

Students used painted paper loaded with glitter paint, cut out a guitar shape then added the razzle dazzle, sequins, tempera paint patterns, strings made from bright paper strips and buttons. These groovy guitars are going to be displayed in our Marketplace after the 4th grade paints the Market stalls...Stay tune.

  3. Thank you for this lesson. We will be making them today with 5 year olds. That is two art teachers and 37 five year olds. It should be a challenge but our motivation is your great looking results.

  4. We did it. They are very different to yours, but I often find that other peoples lessons are simply excellent motivators. Thank you. http://gretchenbuwalda.blogspot.co.nz
